Is Zoho Payroll free?

Zoho lists a free plan for up to 10 employees. Paid plans start at ₹1,250 a month for 25 employees (₹1,000 billed yearly), then ₹50 (₹40 yearly) per extra employee. AdviHR is ₹19, ₹29 or ₹39 per employee per month.

Does AdviHR have e-signed Form 130?

No. AdviHR prepares the Part B details; Form 130 is issued through TRACES. Zoho lists e-signature on its forms.
