For manufacturing
Plants run on rosters, punches and overtime. AdviHR keeps attendance, wages and the monthly PF and ESIC files on one set of records.
In short
AdviHR lets a manufacturing company roster shifts, take punches from biometric devices, pay approved overtime at twice the hourly rate, and run payroll with PF, ESIC, professional tax and bonus, producing the monthly files for the PF and ESIC portals.
Define shifts and assign them to people, with a default shift for everyone else.
Biometric devices push punches to AdviHR, so late marks and absences come from real attendance.
Hours beyond the shift build an overtime account that a manager approves each month.
Approved overtime is paid at twice the hourly rate with PF, ESIC, professional tax and TDS.
Download the ECR file for PF and the monthly contribution file for ESIC.
Approved overtime is paid at twice the hourly rate, worked out as monthly basic divided by the month’s working days and the shift hours per day (eight hours if the person has no shift).
If the device or its gateway can send punches to a secure web address, yes. AdviHR gives each device its own token. It does not ship vendor-specific connectors.
It generates the ECR file for PF and the monthly contribution file for ESIC from payroll. They follow the published formats; neither has yet been accepted by the live portals, so test them first.
It keeps a register of contractors with their licence details and worker counts. It does not run payroll for a contractor’s workers.
How sure are we? These figures use the same rules AdviHR payroll applies. We publish what has been checked against an official source and what has not, on the statutory accuracy page.
