Attendance management

Attendance from the office, the field and the factory, feeding payroll

Clock-ins, biometric punches, shifts and regularisation requests land in one record that payroll reads.

In short

AdviHR records attendance from web and phone check-ins within geo-fenced sites, accepts punches pushed by biometric devices, assigns shifts, tracks late marks and overtime, handles regularisation requests, and passes unpaid days and approved overtime to payroll.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my biometric device?

If the device or its gateway can send punches to a secure web address, yes. AdviHR does not ship vendor-specific connectors.

Can employees check in from home?

Yes, and you can limit check-in to geo-fenced sites for field and office staff.

How is overtime paid?

Approved overtime is paid at twice the hourly rate worked out from basic pay, working days and shift hours.
